Albert Street Healthy Living Centre Construction costs £1.4M 12,000 sq ft The building is a vehicle for highlighting current health issues to the community while providing a practical service within the clinical and treatment rooms. The building also offers a base for the teams of local health care workers as well as community and conference facilities. Albert Street Healthy Living Centre is located overlooking St Patricks Cathedral and its elevational treatment acknowledges this in orientation and massing. Elements of the previous Albert Street Church have been preserved in the stone facade and give the building a link to the past. Donnelly O Neill were appointed by North and West Belfast Health and Social Services Trust. First phase of the project was completed in June 2002. The second phase is due for completion in March 2003.
