d-on architects were asked to provide an additional master bedroom within the existing roof space of this private home in Belfast. The extension was designed to not only give extra space for the family but to take full advantage of its views across Belvoir Forest.

 "The feeling of a sanctuary at the top of the house and the feeling of waking up in the tree tops is more than we could have hoped for.  We love the zinc, the glass, the angles and the way this very modern element sits so comfortably on our 30's house.  I like the exterior so much I can't resist nipping out to the road or to the bottom of the garden just for a look"
