A new multi-use development incorporating residential units for Clanmil Housing Association, private dwellings and 10,000 sq.ft retail space.
As a major redevelopment for the area, consultation with residents and stakeholders and a detailed community study meant that the finished scheme fully met local needs.
The creation of a new urban square is at the forefront of the scheme and provides a much needed core to the village. The scheme also incorporates hard and soft landscaping and traffic calming measures.
